Admirable Hotel Stay

The location was superb, near the Nakheel Mall, so I walked easily. The hotel features separate swimming pools. These pools included one for adults and one for families. Breakfast provided excellent variety. The room proved large enough for our family. The staff acted helpful and also courteous. I found the gym had good facilities.
The room seemed slightly dated. Towels looked worn, so they required replacement. The pillows weren't so comfortable. I believe they could improve comfort.

I found the staff very attentive, especially tatenda from the valet team! roshita from housekeeping anticipated my service needs perfectly. I was impressed. i also met the f&b director who gave me details regarding the resort. It was quite informative, and appreciated this personal touch. i had a generally charmed experience.
The kids pool area was a little overcrowded, i thought. Space felt limited.

i enjoyed the plentiful breakfast buffet. there were many fresh options. jima prepared my coffee with great attention, and her friendly attitude brightened my mornings, it was AMAZING!!! prabu and hana were equally kind and attentive. housekeeping kept my room super clean.
